Pineapple Upside-down Cake Oatmeal
- 1/2c oats
- 3/4c soy milk
- cinnamon
- pineapple (rolled in cinnamon and brown sugar)
Microwave the oats, milk and cinnamon for 90 seconds then top with the pineapple.
